We welcome both new and experienced racers to come check out NORCAR R/C Racing at The Gate. Our club members come from all different backgrounds and age ranges. If you’re interested in getting started in R/C racing, the best way is to come check out a club race, talk to some racers, and see what it’s all about.

For our regular club races:
Entry fees for your first class are $20 for non-members and $15 for members.
Then it’s $10 for the second class and $5 for each additional class after that for both non-members and members.
Doors open at 9:00AM for practice and setup.
Racing typically starts around 11am. Please plan to arrive before at least one hour before racing starts for registration and to setup your pit. Be sure to check the schedule for up-to-date details!
Racing usually wraps up between 4:00PM and 7:00PM depending on the number of racers and classes.

Racers must provide their own transponders. NORCAR uses the older “2 wire” style transponders. The MyLaps RC4 Hybrid is a popular choice and is used by many racers.
