GENERAL RULES

While we aren’t interested in having an overabundance of rules we do need some basic guidelines to ensure that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience at the track. If there is an issue with anything bring it to the Track Director’s attention for resolution.

  1. Have fun.
  2. Treat others how you would like to be treated. If you aren’t sure how you would like to be treated play it safe and treat them better.
  3. Keep the foul language in check. If you want to let loose with your buddies keep it down so your neighbors don’t have to hear it.
  4. No horseplay.
  5. No Tantrums or retaliation. Throwing or kicking of equipment, chairs or anything else is not acceptable. Intentional damaging or attempt to damage a opponents vehicle or any other equipment including that owned by The Gate will result in immediate escort from building, no questions asked.
TRACK RULES

  3. If vehicle overtakes another car by cutting track either intentional or not the driver must give back the position as quick as possible without impeding any other drivers in the process.
  4. Bumping will happen. Out of control driving or intentionally “parking” another driver is unacceptable.
  5. If you are being lapped you will take the earliest, safest opportunity to let the leaders by.
  6. If there is any question of a competitor cheating it should be immediately brought to Track Director’s attention.
  7. If something is not listed in the rules and it is detrimental to the hobby or in any way undermines fair racing consider it illegal. If there is any question contact the Track Director.
